RETURN POLICY

shopkanupriya.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.  Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition.

Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.  We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Order History

3. Select Order you would like to return

4. Click on " Create  Return" and follow instructions to obtain a return authorization

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

Kanupriya LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through shopkanupriya.com. Please email service@shopkanupriya.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair.

If your item is older than one year, you will be charged $25 for the repair and return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

ANOTHER RETAILER

 Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
